ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this litigation under the guise of public interest litigation making certain allegations against the Contractors, as though they had removed stones and sand illegally from the public properties for the purpose of building a small shed as per the terms of contract. Contractors are not made as parties before this Court. Without affording opportunity to the Contractors, we cannot grant any relief as prayed for by the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
