ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed for a direction to direct the learned Additional District Court, Tenkasi, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.140 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

2.According to the petitioner/plaintiff, he filed the civil suit in O.S.No.140 of 2022 before the learned Additional District Court, Tenkasi, for declaration and permanent injunction on the schedule property. The said suit is kept pending for one year, though the respondent had filed the written statement.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said suit is being adjourned periodically without any progress and without any reason. Hence, a direction is sought for early disposal of the above suit within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Additional District Judge, Tenkasi, to dispose the suit in 2/4

O.S.No.140 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law, without any unnecessary adjournment, after affording sufficient opportunities to the parties concerned to put-forth their contentions, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
