O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and initiate appropriate action against the 3rd and 4th respondent by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 29.11.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the complaint was filed on 29.11.2022, so far no action has been taken. The second respondent is present before this Court and submitted that the whereabouts of the accused is not known for a long time and now only it has been stated that he is in Dubai. However, his address is not known to them.

4.Let the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint be completed by the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt 2/4

of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action shall be taken either by the competent authority or by the petitioner if so aggrieved.

5.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
