ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue direction to the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to decide the case in H.M.O.P.No.460 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P. on 27.11.2018 and the same is pending. He further submitted that the petitioner is living separately for the past 11 years. Further, referring to the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007, Tamil Nadu (Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts) Rules, 2007, the learned counsel contended that H.M.O.P. would be disposed of within a period of 4 months. He also submitted that till date the respondent has not filed counter statement and thereby the respondent is dragging the matter.

Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Civil Revision petition for issuance of a direction to the Court below for the disposal of H.M.O.P. at the earliest point of time. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and in view of the Judicial Notification and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of the H.M.O.P. within a time frame.

4.Accordingly, the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli is hereby directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.460 of 2018 within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
