ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to restrain the respondents 2 and 3 from not to lay road on the petitioner's property.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the instigation of the respondents 4 and 5, the official respondents 2 and 3 are laying road on the petitioner's patta land.

3. It is for the petitioner to work out a remedy before the concerned 2/4

jurisdiction Court, in case the road has already been laid down.

4. In case the road has not been laid down, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders, after due notice to the private respondents 4 and 5 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
