ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the seventh respondent to disburse the incentive amount as per the Dr.Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through Inter case Marriage by considering the Petitioner's application, dated 5.6.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The Petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste community. He 2/6

got married one Mari Selvi who helongs to Backward community. Therefore, the Petitioner submitted an application before the seventh respondent under Dr.Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through Inter case Marriage for incentive amount to the tune of Rs.2,50,000/- for their inter caste marriage. The said application is pending on the file of 7th respondent. 4.The learned counsel for the seventh respondent, on instructions, submitted that though the Petitioner submitted an application, he failed to annex the documents such as Religion Certificate, Self attested copies of PAN cards and Aadhaar cards, Transcript copy of caste certificate of Mrs.Mari Selvi duly self attested, Caste Certificate of Mr.Jayapandi, Transcript copy of first marriage certificate and Joint SB Account in State Bank of India as per the scheme.

5.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that all the documents were subsequently submitted to the third respondent and the same was forwarded to the seventh respondent. 6.In view of the above, the seventh respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the Petitioner and pass orders 3/6

to disburse the incentive amount under Dr.Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through Inter case Marriage to the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of his order.

7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
