The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and the endorsement made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for an appropriate relief. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
