PRAYER: Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to condone the delay of 156 days occurred in filing this review application.

ORDER

The present application has been filed to condone the delay of 156 days in filing the review application as against the order of this Court dated 13.12.2024, made in W.P.(MD)No.28234 of 2024. 2.In the above said writ petition, the fourth respondent/review applicant was directed to forward the pension proposal to the third respondent. However, it is the grievance of the review applicant that the writ petitioner is not appearing before him and submitting documents to enable them to forward the pension proposal. It is the further contended that a rival claimant has raised an objection with regard to the pension proposal in favour of the petitioner and hence, they are not in a position to forward the pension proposal. 3.These submissions would not in any way alter the decision of this Court.

In case, if any contempt petition is filed by the writ petitioner, the review applicant can take such a defence. No grounds to review the said order. 4.With the above said observations, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Rev.Aplw(MD)SR. No.49549 of 2025, stands closed in SR stage itself. 26.06.
