Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to give suitable direction the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry based upon the petitioner's representation, dated 28.07.2022.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the first respondent to give suitable direction the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute and consequently, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry based upon the petitioner's representation, dated 28.07.2022. 2/4
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.07.2022.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, a summon has been issued to the petitioner. But, he was not appeared for the enquiry. Hence the petition enquiry is pending.
4.Recording the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry upon the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent that too, without harassing the petitioner.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
