O R D E R
The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2018.
2. Heard Mr.M.Ramu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The first respondent is the Director of Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Chennai. The second respondent is the District Collector
and the third respondent is the Superintendent of Police.
4. The representation of the writ petitioner is that there is a mass irregularity and misappropriation of funds allotted for the purpose of training the youth, issuance of scholarship and other welfare schemes like Amma Cement Scheme, Amma Two Wheeler Scheme, Plastic Destroyer Machine Scheme by the Project Director, Pudukottai District.
5. In the typed set of papers filed along with this writ petition, the report obtained by the writ petitioner under RTI is enclosed wherein the list of beneficiaries under various schemes is found. In his complaint to the first respondent, he has pointed out certain irregularities found in the disbursement of fund under the various welfare schemes.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the writ petitioner dated 27.09.2018 was received by the first respondent/ Director, Vigilance and Anti Corruption and pursuing the allegation made, he has forwarded the complaint to the Director of Social Welfare to look into the complainant and act upon. If there is any prima facie material or suspicion in the conduct of the District Project Directo, Ddevelopment of Women, Puducherry and others, they will act upon the same after receiving the report from the Director of Social Welfare.

In the light of the above facts, this Court finds that it is sufficient to direct the first respondent herein to follow the matter and get the report from the Director of Social Welfare, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if there is any material to proceed further, the same can be taken up for further investigation. Otherwise, if there is no material to proceed against the alleged offenders, same may be reported to the writ petitioner.
