For Respondent : Mr.R.Erottuchamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.34 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 5(n), 5(1) and 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 506 (1) of IPC, in Crime No.34 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. In this petition, in paragraph 8, stated that this is the first anticipatory bail application filed before this Court. 3.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that this is the 3rd anticipatory bail application. On earlier occasion, this Court dismissed the 1st anticipatory bail application in Crl.OP(MD)No.9245 of 2020, dated 09.09.2020 and also dismissed the 2nd anticipatory bail application in Crl.OP(MD)No.10606 of 2020, dated 30.09.2020 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.13700 of 2020 suppressed these facts, he come forward with this present anticipatory bail application.

4. Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
