....Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned communications passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.A1/01/2022, dated 04.12.2024 and Na.Ka.A1/01/2022, dated 17.04.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register sale deed pertaining to the Plot No.12 situated in Survey No.844/9AB1B1, Pudhupalayam Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

ORDER

By this writ petition, an order dated 17.04.2025 refusing to receive the documents for registration in respect of S.No.844/9AB1B1, is challenged. 2.By an order dated 29.08.2025, this Court directed the Sub Collector, Sivakasi to complete the pending inquiry within two weeks and submit a report thereon. At today's hearing, the report of the Sub Collector dated 15.09.2025 has been placed on record. Paragraph No.4 thereof contains a table setting out the details of owners of three survey numbers, including S.Nos.844/9A1B1B. It is mentioned therein that the pattadhar is Marimuthu's wife Kavitha who is the petitioner herein.

3.In view of these developments, the order impugned herein cannot be sustained and is set aside. As a corollary, the third respondent is directed to receive instruments of conveyance in relation to the above mentioned survey number from the petitioner.

4.This writ petition is disposed of on these terms. No costs.
