The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the the 3rd respondent not to harass him by interfering in to a civil subject matter in connection with his house property situation in No.59 Vagaiyadi Street Thisayanvillai Tirunelveli District.
2.Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry by interfering into a civil dispute.
5.The learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent issued summons to the petitioner to appear for enquiry and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
6. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
