For Respondent : Mr.R.Erottuchamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR MODIFICATION UNDER SECTION 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner that to direct the petitioner to shall appear before the Veerapandi Police Station instead of Thirumangalam Town Police Station, in Cr.M.P.No.1869 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam in Cr.M.P.No.1869 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020 directing the petitioner to appear before the Veerapandi Police Station instead of Thirumangalam Town Police Station.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is residing at Uppukottai Village, Bodinayakanur Taluk and she is having two children aged about 10 years and 7 years and she has to travel more than 100 kms daily to appear before the respondent police. Hence he seeks modification. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL OP(MD). No.13825 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam in Cr.M.P.No.1869 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020 directing the petitioner to appear before the Veerapandi Police Station instead of Thirumangalam Town Police Station is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., till 11.12.2020 and thereafter before the Inspector of Police, Veerapandi Police Station, Theni District daily at 10.30 am., until further orders. All other condition in the order dated 11.11.2020 shall remain unaltered.
