The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a complaint before the first respondent dated 01.07.2022 and the same was not considered by the second respondent. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 26.07.2022. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
