This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl OP(MD) No.4080 of 2026 on 08.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No. 4080 of 2026 on 08.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
