Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Governdmnet Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15757 of 2018, dated 06.09.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of Dt.Siddha Med Officer CCRI PKM, State Bank of India, Periyakulam, A/c.No.10767823177, IFSC Code: SBIN0000898, MICR Code: 625002601, and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
