ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 22.06.2017 to provide drainage and sewage channel in respect of his houses situated in 1st Street of Ward No.12 of the third respondent Town Panchayat.

2. Heard the submissions made on either side.

3. Seeking provision of drainage and sewage channel in respect of the petitioner's houses situated in 1st Street of Ward No.12 of the third respondent Town Panchayat, he has sent a representation dated 22.06.2017 to the respondents and since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the reliefs stated above. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 22.06.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
