ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to function as President of Village Forest Committee, Vavanagaram Village Forest Committee, Social Forest Range, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District, until his completion of tenure, i.e. till 12.11.2017.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 4.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate filed written instructions stating that the respondents have no objection to continue the petitioner as President of Village Forest Committee, Vavanagaram Village Forest Committee, Social Forest Range, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District, till 12.11.2017.
