ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No. 8907 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD). No. 747 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026.

2. This Court vide order dated 27.04.2026 in Crl.MP(MD)No. 8907 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD). No. 747 of 2026, suspended the sentence imposed upon the petitioner on conditions. As per the conditions imposed by this Court, the petitioner is appearing before the trial Court on all working days regularly. Seeking to relax the condition, this petition is filed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court on 27.04.2026 in in Crl.MP(MD)No. 8907 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD). No. 747 of 2026, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court, as and when required for interrogation. 2/4
