ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the Accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.392 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Theni seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein, the petitioners are alleged to have committed offences punishable under sections 294(b), 325, 506(i) of IPC.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein, the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
3. The defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and he submits that he had agreed for quashing of charge sheet as against the petitioner.
4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.392 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni is hereby quashed as against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2.
