ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 29.04.2026 made in Crl.OP(MD).No.7684 of 2026 to the effect that to report before the respondent police station instead of reporting before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m, until further orders. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
