This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2017. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner of a piece of land comprised in Survey No.545/17 of Therku Kallikulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. However, during the UDR scheme, the said piece of land was noted in the village account as Government vacant site and to rectify the same, he has given a representation on 21.04.2017 to the first respondent herein and the first respondent is yet to take any action on the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Hence, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent herein to consider the petition/representation of the petitioner, dated 27.04.2017, after issuing proper and due notice to both the petitioner as well as the third respondent, who has alleged to have been disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner in the said piece of land and dispose of the matter, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.
