RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 11120 of 2022, Dated. 04.07.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGESAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11120 of 2022 on 04.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11120 of 2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month, ie., on first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 05/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / /08/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
