ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that as per the order of this Court dated 08.01.2021, final report was filed on 16.01.2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and the same was taken on file as PRC.No.49 of 2021. The said statement is recorded. Hence, the prayer sought for in the contempt petition becomes infructuous.

2. The present sub application is filed to condone the delay of 97 days in filing the contempt petition in Cont.P(MD)No.SR18448 of 2022. Since the prayer sought for in the contempt petition itself becomes infructuous, this sub application also becomes infructuous. 2/4
