Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay Rs.2,50,000/-, as loan from the petitioner's provident fund account No.10921, for his father's medical expenses, based on his representation, dated 24.09.2018, within a stipulated time frame, as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay Rs.2,50,000/-, as loan from the petitioner's provident fund account No.10921, for his father's medical expenses, based on his representation, dated 24.09.2018, within a stipulated time frame, as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.A.Jeyaram, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the Petitioner is working as Special Grade Conductor in the 2nd respondent Corporation. Since the petitioner's father's health condition is not well, he needs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considerable amount for his father's medical treatment. Hence, for medical expenses, the Petitioner applied for ''Provident Fund NonRefundable Loan'' from his Provident Account No.10921, by way of representation on 24.09.2018. Since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereon. 5.In view of the submission, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.09.2018 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with the rules, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
