This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., To direct the learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Tirunelveli to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day on merits in relating to Cr.No.48 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and 1/3

upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandhran, Advocate for the Petitioner and this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Earlier, this Court, by order dated 01.03.2019, in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.3207 of 2019, directed the petitioner herein to surrender before the Trial Court, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Due to personal inconvenience of the petitioner, he is not able to surrender, as directed by this Court. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 01.03.2019, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3207 of 2019.
