This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to remove the lock put up by the sixth respondent in Sri Ayyappasamy temple situated at Muthathipuram village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 24.06.2023.

2.Today(15.03.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submits that the lock and seal has been removed from the temple, thereby, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the respondents.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 15.03.2024 NCC : Yes / No.
