ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6883 of 2026 on 20.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
