Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order Na.Ka.No.2039/2020/C2 dated 17.09.2020 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to cancel the entry of 0.00.51 sq.mt. house site in the present survey No.74/4 (old survey No.53/2) as Natham Vacant Land in Melamadai-I Bit Village, Madurai and consequently direct the respondents to issue patta for 540 sq.ft of house site in present survey No.74/4 in Melamadai-I Bit Village in petitioner's name within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
