ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third and fourth respondents have already sold the property to the petitioner by way of sale deed, dated 17.04.2018 and the patta has also been transferred in the name of the petitioner during the month of October 2018. The third and fourth respondents are interfering with the possession of the petitioner and also causing threat to the petitioner.

3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the dispute raised by the petitioner is purely civil in nature and the petitioner has to redress the grievance before the appropriate Civil Court and the police cannot interfere in the matter of this nature.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
