Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under section 148 of Code of Civil Procedure praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to the petitioners for the payment of additional Court fees of Rs.1010/- ordered in CMA(MD) No. 1097/2015 dated 01.09.2017.

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition, and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and the earlier order of this Court dated 01.09.2017, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Liaketali, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.S.Srinivasa Raghavan, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to extend the time for payment of additional Court fee of Rs.1010/- as ordered in C.M.A.(MD)No.1097 of 2015, dated 01.09.2017. 2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the time for payment of additional Court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This petition is accordingly ordered.
