ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner, Kamaleswari, Jeyarani in respect of subject properties situated at Navinipatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District by considering the representations dated 19.09.2020 and 21.09.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the patta has already been issued in favour of the petitioner.
