To call for the records pertaining to the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.61/2014 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and quash the same and pass such other orders as this Honourable Court ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to pay the cost.

2.Earlier, this Court by an order dated 05.07.2019 made in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5752 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5334 of 2019, directed the petitioners to pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRi, Periyakulam (payable in Account No.10767823177, IFSC Code: SBIN 0000898, M.I.C.R. Code.625002601, State Bank of India, Periyakulam3) on or before 12.07.2019.

3.According to the petitioners, the copy of the order was received by them only on 12.07.2019. They are not in a position to deposit the amount. Hence, they seek extension of time to pay the cost.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time already granted by this Court is extended by two more weeks from today (22.08.2019). The petitioners are directed to pay the cost on or before 05.09.2019.

5.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
