The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the amount due to the petitioner has been settled. However, there is a dispute in respect of the calculation made by the respondents. In this regard, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance. However, the contempt petition cannot be treated akin to that of the execution proceedings. Thus, the petitioner has to approach the authorities to redress the dispute regarding the calculation or otherwise. 2.With the above liberty, this contempt petition is closed.
