When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner herself, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.131 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 447, 427, 379 and 506(i) IPC against Dhandeeswaran and others and the investigation is pending. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.131 of 2017 in accordance with law and file either a final report or a closure report as the case may be. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
