ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given a complaint against one Boobathi alleging that he has received money from the petitioner and some other persons on promise that they would get job in the Government Department and cheated them. Like wise a complaint has been lodged against the petitioner and the said Boobathi on the very same allegation. Now under the guise of enquiry on the above said complaints, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that the the petitioner has given complaint against one Boobathy and another complaint has been lodged against the petitioner. Only for the purpose of enquiry with regard to the pending complaints, the petitioner was called for enquiry. He would now submit that petitioner has appeared for enquiry and after enquiry both the complaints have been closed. He would further submit that the second respondent police has not harassed the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner.
4. Considering the fact that enquiry has been conducted on both complaints and the same are closed by the respondent police, no further orders need to be passed in this petition.
