ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.965 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent.

2.The grivences of the petitioner is that the FIR has been registered with the delay of three days from the date of complaint and the respondent police did not conduct the investigation in a proper manner. Hence, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) would submit that the complaint has been lodged only on 21.08.2021, the second respondent properly enquire the matter and he will complete the investigation within three months .

4.Considering the facts and the circumstance of this case, this Court is of the view that at the initial stage, the transfer of investigation is not proper and this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation at the supervision https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.13854 of 2021 of the Deputy Commissioner within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Liberty is granted to the petitioner if any trouble arise in future, the petitioner workout his remedy through proper proceedings.
