Prayer in all W.Ps: These Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue tender application and accept the same from the petitioners enabling them to participate in the auction for the TASMAC Shop No.8527 in Theni District as per tender schedule notified in the advertisement given in the Tamil Daily "Dina Thanthi" dated 27.04.2017. For Petitioners : Mr.P. Sivachandran in all W.P.s For Respondents : T.R.Janarthanan, Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the first respondent to issue tender application and accept the same from the petitioners enabling them to participate in the auction for the TASMAC Shop No.8527 in Theni District as per tender schedule notified in the advertisement given in the Tamil Daily "Dina Thanthi" dated 27.04.2017.
