This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.22495 of 2025 by order dated 30.04.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No. 22495 of 2025 on 30.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
