2.Considering the fact that anticipatory bail granted to petitioner vide order dated 13.04.2017 and for the past 18 months he has not chosen to file a petition to extend the time, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has no interest to execute the sureties.

3. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
