O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's 90% permanent disability to reserve anyone of the shops allotted as per the 2nd respondent's Tender, dated 22.05.2017 at Manapparai Bus Stand, Manapparai Municipality, Trichirappalli District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred a representation to the respondents to allot a shop which are ready for being leased out in the municipal bus stand at Manapparai by the 2nd respondent. 3.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.05.2017 within a period of two weeks from today, preferably before the date scheduled for auctioning the shops. No costs.
