O R D E R

1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 3 and 4 to implement the order passed by the second respondent dated 26.04.2024, whereby the second respondent cancelled the approval granted in favour of respondents 5 to 9 and regularised the plots that were unauthorisedly formed.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, pending consideration of this Writ Petition, the second respondent, upon receiving an explanation from the private respondents, has revoked the earlier order of cancellation of the approval granted in favour of respondents 5 to 9.

3. In view of the above subsequent development, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
