Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Peraiyur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2019 including the petition in I.A.No.113 of 2019 & I.A.Nos.207 and 208 of 2021 within a definite time framed by this Court.

ORDER

In view of the innocuous relief, which is prayed for in the Civil Revision Petition to expedite the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Peraiyur, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself without notice to the respondent on the following terms:

(i)The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, is requested to take up the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2019 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
