The writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order of the 2nd respondent, dated 29.04.2017 informing the petitioner that the electricity connection would be disconnected within a period of seven days. It is also referred to in the said order about the order passed by this court in W.P(MD) No.10827 of 2016, dated 21.06.2016.

purported act of the 2nd respondent is in violation of principles of natural justice as it was passed without affording the petitioner any opportunity.

3.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and other similarly placed and afford an opportunity of hearing in this matter, within a period of 10 days from today and thereupon, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Till then, there may not be any disconnection of electricity connection. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
