O R D E R

Though the learned Additional Government Pleader would state that the entirety of the arrears have been paid over to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner would dispute this and state that there is some component of the same pending. In any event, the direction of the Court in respect of which contempt is alleged is only to pass orders on the proposal of the School and this has been complied with. This Contempt Petition is thus closed.

2. It is open for the petitioner to quantify the amount remaining if any and intimate to the respondents, who shall take appropriate steps to settle the same.
