ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 of I.P.C. in Crime No.2 of 2018 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused received some amount from the defacto complainant by saying that he will arrange a job and failed to do the same and hence, the complaint has been registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing do with the money transaction.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that A1 collected the amount from the victims to the tune of Rs.14,90,500/- and deposited the same in the account of the petitioner/A5 and the investigation is pending.

been involved in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
