2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the said submission and considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear daily at 10.30 a.m. before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai until further orders.
