This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition, which was imposed on the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Madurai vide order dated 06.06.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.3047 of 2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police and also perused the materials available in the record. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition that, the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily Morning at 10.00 am., for one month, imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Madurai vide order dated 06.06.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.3047 of 2023, is hereby fully relaxed. 2/3
