This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2022 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Sankarankovil, and transfer the same to the Family Court, Theni, Theni District. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent has no objection for allowing this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. However, prays for early disposal of the case on transfer.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed, by directing the learned Sub Judge, Sankarankovil to transfer H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2022, to the Sub Court, Theni, Theni District. On its transfer, the learned Sub Judge, Theni, shall take steps for a speedy and expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2022 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
